Below is our return policy tailored to our specific product range of apparel and accessories for entrepreneurs.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Returns beyond 30 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be in unused condition, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Items that cannot be returned include:
- Customized or personalized items
- Clearance or sale items marked as final sale
- Products that have been worn, used, or altered
Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase with your return request.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@ProfitVets.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective, or damaged, or if you require a different size. For exchanges, send us an email at info@ProfitVets.com and send your item to: 4532 W Kennedy Blvd #308, Tampa FL 33609.
Shipping
To return your product, mail it to: 4532 W Kennedy Blvd #308, Tampa FL 33609. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
