Justin McAllsiter

Justin’s journey has been marked by two unwavering themes: adaptation and determination. Upon completion of high school, he immediately enlisted in the U.S. Army. Over two decades, his distinguished career encompassed 10 deployments and roles spanning Air Defense, Intelligence, and Special Operations.

It was during the latter half of his military career, that he evolved into a highly proficient U.S. Army Special Forces Soldier (aka Green Beret). Justin traveled the world conducting Foreign Internal Defense and Counter-Terrorism operations, working side-by-side with over a dozen foreign nation militaries, police forces, and local militias. His ability to thrive in dynamic and shifting terrains is a testament to his resilient spirit.

Justin’s last assignment led him to MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida. It was here in 2021 that he and his family decided to bid farewell to their life in the U.S. Army. Now firmly planted in Tampa, Justin’s aspirations go beyond mere commercial gains. His dedication to service, entrepreneurial flair, and ceaseless drive are evident. Taking on the role of a mentor, he guides fellow service members as they transition into civilian lives, showcasing his own story as a testament to how passion, resilience, and tenacity can not only craft a legacy in the military but also pave the way for outstanding entrepreneurial success.

His Why

All the years of training and real-world experience have since transitioned to Justin’s life and journey into entrepreneurship. He strives to create opportunities for himself and those around him so that together, they can relentlessly pursue success and achieve the freedom of choice to live their lives within the boundaries they set for themselves.

The opportunity to work with such talented people over an extended period was an enriching experience. He learned:
